You can request a return or exchange your piece for the same one or get a store credit to choose another piece. 

If you have a sizing issue, an item breaks or it was not what you had expected then please email us with a photo of your item and provide as much detail as possible about the issue. We will work to find a solution for you.

We offer 1 year guarantee from the purchase date on all of our products.

The guarantee covers any defects on the platting process. We don't cover wear and tear or misuse of the jewelry.
